I dedicate this method series to my first drum instructor Joe Santoro. The snare solo titled, “Kitchen Sink” at the end of this book reviews nearly all the material. 6620 And The Kitchen Sink from The Rudimental. 2016 Snare Drum Literature REMOVED from the MSHSAA Prescribed Graded. Snare Drum Solo Revisions PML # Title. Get Instant Access to eBook Rudimental Cookbook Pdf PDF at Our Huge.
Guys.Pit shouldn`t suck.If you are a a school that is well known for its musicall exellence, then pit is a gaining experience.I`m Head snare for Long Beach High School Indoor Percussion Ensemble and with out our Mallets and accesories we wouldnt have anything at all.but in the way of a snare solo book.the Best book (in my opinion) rudimentally that i have read through is 'Zigadabuzz'.Once you get through that book.pic up something from Marty Hurley. Or Jim Moore.i used to take from Jim Moore through elementary and middle school.I`m 18 now and a senior.
He has an AWSOME solo called 'Autobahn'.Last Year I was talking with Andy Sanders and he gave me one of his solos 'Been Jammin` '.its pretty intense for the softshoe fan.any questions just email me. Umm.i was reading some of your responses on snare solos and such.
I have to agree with the person who said snare isn`t everything.every percussive instrument is just as important as the other.wouldn`t it look funny to see a drum line w/out a bassline.lol i know i would be confused.i played 'And the Kitchen Sink' for my solo last week, made a 1.that solo is out of 'The Rudimental Cookbook' and like sam says.that`s a great book for any snare drummer.advanced or beginner.neways.keep drumming guys/girls.oh yeh. Tenors all the way babe!!! Hey guys, I was reading some of these posts as well. Personally I think snare sucks but thats only because I marched Tenors.
But I did audition for snare my sophmore year but decided tenors were cooler. Anyways, its not always about playing the most 'badass' stuff. What good is cheeze 5 pattaflam and some oldschool fat 32nd notes when you can`t play them the best you possibly can.
If you are looking for Tenor music or some kickin rudiment warmups I have the Cavaliers audition books for Frameworks, 4 Corners, and Spincycle. Frameworks is really fun.
Loved that audition and show Anyways, you can contact me on my AIM: TapAccent05 also, build your chops (forearms) on your 'easy' stuff by playing into a pillow. It really helps a lot more than you will think.

I will not be listing AntiVirus programs as there's too many to choose from and too much debate on which is best. All I can say is stay away from Norton because it is an undeniable resource hog. Takes you to a website that lets you choose from common and popular programs to install on a PC. Allows you to download and install everything at once, all while preventing unwanted bundled programs from installing. Replaces a lot of windows features that have been lost (Including giving you back your start button on Win 8 systems!). An extension that adds multi-tab functionality to windows explorer (similar to what you see in Chrome and FireFox).
One of the best anti-malware programs available. Please be sure to use WITH an antivirus as it is not an antivirus replacement. The only antimalware program I feel rivals Malwarebytes. Has a plethora of functions to clean and repair your computer. A very robust screenshotting and screencasting program for Windows. Until viewing this thread, I didn't know it existed.
After trying it, I was shocked at how much it can do, including immediate Imgur uploading. A superior version of TeraCopy. While TeraCopy is fantastic for Win 7 and below, its gains are negligible Win 8 and higher. SuperCopier4 makes the copy/move/paste functions of Windows more efficient.
It's not only faster, but offers features such as pausing, controlling copy speed, error logging, and other features. A very powerful and useful file transferring program that works on the file transfer protocol. Scans a computer for 'trash' files that can be cleaned out to free up hard drive space. Scans things such as temp folders, recycle bin, mem dumps, log files, caches, and other places to get you as much of your hard drive back as it can. One of the best zipping programs around.
I've seen many people suggest WinRAR. Being 7zip is free, handles almost every zip format (including.rar files), and has far superior compression capabilities, WinRAR is worthless in comparison. and/or - The two most used browsers (though Internet Explorer still holds the title for 'Browser most commonly used to download a better browser'.) I always suggest people install BOTH of these. You'd be surprised how many times a website will work with one and not the other. You can also troubleshoot easier with two.
Bonus: I cannot urge people enough to install uBlock Origin (Not regular uBlock). Avoid AdBlock and AdBlockPlus as both have sold out and will not block ALL ads anymore. A versatile and powerful media player that can handle audio and video as well as streaming. With the K-Lite codec pack, it should be able to play almost ANY file type. This is pretty much the only media player you'll need, though I do suggest having Media Player Classic installed just in case. MPC comes with the K-Lite codec pack mentioned below.
K-Lite is a packaged set of codecs. I know a lot of people suggest CCCP, however, CCCP hasn't been updated in over a year. K-lite was updated a few days ago. I've used K-Lite for years and have never had an issue with it, nor a video type I could not play. It should be noted that K-Lite does install Media Player Classic, a very solid media player, though not quite as good as VLC.
Arguably the best music player Windows has ever seen (It can also be used as a video player, though I would never use it in lieu of VLC or MPC). Unfortunately, it was acquired in late in 2013 and no updates have come since. One of it's best features, 'auto-tag', is no longer useable because of its license with GraceNote falling out. Because of all of this, I have to suggest foobar2000. WinAmp is still worth trying, though.
Windows audio player that was designed by a prior designer of Winamp. Foobar2000 is EXTREMELY customizable and highly modular. Due to WinAmps abandonment, this is the de facto music player for Windows. A powerful audio editor. If you want to cut clips, merge audio, convert formats, or anything else audio related, this program can most likely do it for you. Bonus: You'll need this if you want to save things as MP3.
or - Programs for downloading torrents (Files that are acquired by peer to peer connections). With uTorrent becoming an ad infested piece of garbage, a better solution is required. Deluge and qBittorrent are both excellent choices. I've used both and they work like uTorrent before its corruption. Aesthetics is the only difference I've noticed. An excellent image editor that can easily rival PhotoShop but offered at the wonderful price of $FREE.99.
If you want to do ANYTHING related to image manipulation, this is a great program to have. Be warned the learning curve is a bit steep. An image editing program is superior to Paint but not as powerful as GIMP. However, what it lacks in GIMP's power it makes up for in simplicity to use. A wonderful middle ground for people who want to work on pictures without dedicating hours to GIMP's learning curve. The ultimate image viewer.
If it's an image, no matter what type, this program should be able to show it. A must have if you do anything with pictures. A free remote computer control program. You can use this to log into any computer you've set the program up on.
Great for when you have multiple machines in a house or want to log into your home computer from work. Alternately, you can use a VNC client (I use ). You'll have no restrictions, but alternately it'll require more setup. Use TightVNC if you know what you're doing and use TeamViewer if you want the easy, but still effective, solution.
Bonus: TeamViewer has a great mobile app for accessing your computer from your phone. This is pretty much Adobe Acrobat Reader on steroids and minus the cost. Try it out and I doubt you'll go back. One of the ultimate programs for keeping your ass anonymous on the Internet. Tor browser is a combo of Tor and a browser that are preconfigured for ease of use. This is one of the few programs in this list I've never used but has been mentioned a few times in this post.
It's an indexing program that makes searching for files on your computer a hell of a lot quicker. and/or - Both are fantastic online storage solutions. Both offer free storage and paid storage, but Google offers more for free. You can't go wrong with free storage!. The free version of Microsoft Office and not to be confused with Open Office. LibreOffice was forked from OpenOffice after it was sold.
Libre contains Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw, Math, and Base. These equate to having Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Vector Drawing, Equation Editor, and Access. While this is actually a bundle of programs, I felt it deserved a spot in the list. It is bootable. It allows you to do multiple things such as partitioning, benchmarking, cloning, data recovery and has MBR tools, BIOS tools, disinfecting tools, and gobs of other functions (far too many to mention, honestly). One of it's primary uses is password clearing/resetting. However, I do not suggest using this if you're not tech savvy.
You might end up doing more damage than anything else. Bonus:. and - Both of these programs are very powerful text editors. Notepad is well known, however, I feel EditPad is more powerful, functional and easier to use. Check both out and decide for yourself. The only way you can go wrong is by having neither on your system.
Also, if you're a coder of any kind, I STRONGLY suggest checking out. Well, that was a fun 3 hours. I hope it helps you guys out. If you have suggestions, feel free to leave them. I'll add them if I can. And bookmark the permalink of this for later use!. adds chrome-like tabs to your file explorer, which is more practical than a dozen windows.
is, in my opinion, one of the better free antivirus programs out there. Avast is good too, but I felt it tried to push some features I didn't care about, while Malwarebytes does just what I want it to do. is a really practical way of taking screenshots and automatically uploading them to imgur, making sharing them much easier.
is a really easy and practical way of sending files, text or links between your phone and your computer, lets you see your notifications on your PC and also allows for sending texts through it. I just tried it and it's a bit strange but I would say in general, yes. It depends on where you're moving it though.
I found that if I had folders open in the tabs, it would work. But if the tabs are premade windows categories, (desktop, downloads, documents, music etc) they didn't. However if you had folders inside the categories and were transferring between those, they would work. Basically, I think it'll always work as long as you're not trying to move something into or out of those 'windows categories'.
